Finding the Right Talent
A National Sales Manager is a critical position for any company, but it is particularly critical for a company that integrates sales and marketing in the way we have helped them establish. So when Grabill Cabinets needed to fill that slot, they turned to Spearhead.
Narrowing the Field
We conducted an extensive talent search, using a number of candidate recruitment services, that resulted in us screening 140 candidates before recommending a final five for Grabill executives to interview. The result was a hire with outstanding qualifications, who was also in sync with the sales and marketing direction we helped establish for Grabill.
Maximizing Success
Our involvement doesn’t stop there; we will spend the first six months helping their new sales manager get acclimated to the Grabill organization with various onboarding functions.
