Content Marketing
Our job is to orchestrate these functions in order to create content that serves our client’s target
markets. Everything is produced within the context of a buyer journey.
At its simplest form, buyers go through three stages
while always in a position to bounce back and forth between the stages.
This process is carefully investigated
during our Strategic Planning and
Branding phases. (link to those pages)
Here is an example of how the buyer
journey applies to content planning
for an office design firm.
All content is optimized for SEO keywords and user experience. We publish it to our client’s website and
post a link on all relevant social media channels. If we’re managing our client’s CRM or Marketing
Automation (link to ONTRAPORT page), we also make sure the content is added to a newsletter
sequence or other relevant automated communications.
We rely on courses from companies like Hubspot to help stay in front of trends and best practices.
