We developed a contact list of high-end dealerships and began a direct mail and email program for them that, over time, sent these dealerships a series of communications that included attractively designed brochures focusing on different aspects of Grabill’s operations — highlighting the products, the people and the unique custom capabilities Grabill brings to any dealer partnership, including testimonials and exquisite examples of work done by Grabill dealers. The result was that the contacts were
already “pre-sold” on Grabill by the time the sales representatives made their initial contacts.
