Writing is a (creative) process. Brainstorming, researching, writing, editing, revising – Chris loves processes. Everything he does has a process or system. He learned about structure while in the U.S. Air Force: wake up at a certain time, eat at a certain time, sleep at a certain time. What better way to learn about deadlines, outlines, and keeping ideas focused? That level of discipline and focus – along with his creativity, has been a welcome trait for our clients as well as our internal marketing efforts. His ability to quickly, accurately, and imaginatively turn around content is a skill we love to leverage – daily!
As a technical & marketing writer and editor with over 25 years of public communications experience, Chris has had the honor to work in a broad spectrum of industries including emergency management, politics & public affairs, manufacturing, health care, advertising, nonprofit, and consumer apparel. His degree in History and Political Science from William Paterson University of New Jersey (he hadn’t heard of it either!) gives him – and Spearhead’s clients – a well-rounded writer who creates content that leads audiences to action. He’s a proud Jersey boy who misses New Jersey-style pizza and local delis – desperately!
